License Condition 10 of Facility Operating License NPF-24 for Catawba Unit I requires that all human engineering deficiences (HED's) be corrected as committed in my letter of February 20, 1984. This is to advise that the HED solutions scheduled for completion prior to exceeding 5% power have been completed.
