Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No. 124 In accordance wi'i 10CFR50.90 and 10CFR50.91, GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16, requests modification of the Technical Specifications.
The subject Technical Specification Change Request was discussed with the NRC staff during the integrated assessment of Systematic Evaluation Program (SEP) and is described in Section 4.20 of NUREG-0822 under Topic V-12A, Water Purity of BWR Primary Coolant. The staff requested GPUN to amend the Technical Specifications to incorporate the conductivity and chloride limits specified in Regulatory Guide 1.56 or BWR Water Quality Specification (0yster Creek SpecificationNo.SP-1302-28-001).
The Technical Specification Change Request No. 124 has been reviewed and approved in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications.
