TMIA intends to subpoena Yeager, and is checking the availability of Chwastyk, Flint and Myers; Licensee is checking the availability of the others.

The deposition o. Henry Myers will be taken before a reporter from Alderson Reporting Company authorized to administer oaths in the District of Columbia; the remaining depositions will be taken before Mary Jones, an individual selected by TMIA who is authorized to administer oaths in Pennsylvania. The subject matter of the Myers deposition is as stated in the Notice of Deposition; the subject matter of the other individuals is mat-ters related to the Dieckamp mailgram, including specifically the' generation and subsequent combustion of hydrogen, the pres-sure spike, the initiation of core spray, instructions re-garding the use of electrical equipment, and in-core thermocouple readings on March 28, 1979.
