Dear Sir:

The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in Reference (A), an Interim Report was transmitted by Refarence (B), and Time Extensions were requanted by References (C), (D), (E), and (F). At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by 4

Mny 25,1984.

A Final Report has been submitted to APS for review.

It in expected a Final Report will be transmitted to the NRC by September 25, 1984.

There in no new information or change to the Interim Report at this time.
