Dear Sir:

The NRC was notified of a'potentially reportable deficiency in Reference (A), an Interia Report.was transmitted by Reference (B), a Time Extension.was requested by Reference (C), and a Final Report was

. transmitted by Reference (D)'.

The NRC was notified in Reference (E) that~the corrective action specified in Reference (D) failed to correct the deficiency and the

. subject Dl!R had been re-opened. A revised Interim Report was submitted

.in Reference (F) and a Time Extension was requested in Reference (G). At

that time.it was estimated that -a Final Report would be available by August' 31, 1984.
