Gentlemen:
In the referenced letter, TV Electric submitted License Amendment Request (LAR) 94 014 which proposed a revision to the Administrative Controls Section of the CPSES Technical Specifications (TS).
On page 5 of j. " Description and Assessment " TU Electric provided a table which identified selected TS Administrative Controls and listed the CPSES controlled documents where TU Electric proposed to relocate each of these TS Administrative Controls.

Subsequently, the NRC staff and TU Electric have discussed the referenced i
LAR and the proposed administrative control relocations.
Based on the discussions between the NRC and TU Electric and recent guidance provided

in NRC Administrative Letter 95 06, " Relocation of Technical Administrativ~e Controls Related to Quality Assurance," dated December 12, i'
1995 TV Electric has chosen to relocate certain TS Administrative i
Controls to CPSES controlled documents different from those identified in reference 1.
4 This letter provides a revised relocation table. The revised table simply clarifies where selected TS Administrative Controls are to be relocated and does not affect any of the marked up Technical Specification pages submitted with the referenced LAR or the determination of no significant hazards.
Selected controls are being relocated as noted below:
