Dear Mr. Miller:
NRC Safeguards File for Fort Calhoun Station Based upon telephone conversations with Mr. Ed G. Tourigny of your staff concerning the District's request to review all NRC safeguards files re-lating to the Fort Calhoun Station, the following information and request is provided.
The District requests that Mr. James J. Fisicaro (Supervisor - Nuclear Reg-ulatory and Industry Affairs) and Mr. Paul M. Surber (Section Manager -
Generating Station Engineering) be pennitted to review all NRC safeguards files relating to the Fort Calhoun Station. The purpose of this review is to detennine if the NRC has any documentation in regards to selected areas within the Fort Calhoun Site Security Plan.
It is requested that this re-view begin on September 17, 1984 and would continue until complete. Our Mr. James J. Fisicaro will be in contact with your Mr. Ed G. Tourigny to discuss speci fics.
