50-328 The Inservice Inspection (ISI) Program for units 1 and 2 at our Sequoyah Nuclear Plant were previously submitted to NRC by my November 2, 1982 and I
August 23, 1983 letters to you. The ISI program for units 1 and 2 are defined by SQN SI-114.1 and SI-114.2, respectively. Revision 1 to SI-114.1 was provided to NRC by my March 7,1984 letter to you. Enclosure 1 provides revisions 2 through 5 to SI-114.1 and Enclosure 2 provides revisions 1 through 5 for SI-114.2.
As requested by the April 14, 1980 letter from Charles E. Murphy to H. G. Parris, additional changes resulting from implementation of the ISI program will be submitted if necessary.
