In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50.59, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amead= ant to license DPR-77 to change the technical specifications of Sequoyah Nuclear Plant unit 1 (Enclosure 1).'
Also enclosed are justifications to support the proposed changes (Enclosure 2).
The enclosed changes consist of a correction to parameter test for the divider barrier seal and typing correction.
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part.170.22, we have determined the proposed amendment to be Class III. The classification is based on the fact that a single safety. issue is involved. The remittance of $4,000 is being wired to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
