SUMMARY
REPORT Pursuant to the provisions of ASME Section XI, Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby submits the encloserl Inservice Inspection Report for the North Anna Power
- Station Unit 1 1992 steam generator inspection outage. This report is a summary of exarninations_ performed during the outage to conclude the first period of the North
' Anna Unit 1 second ten-year inservice inspection interval. The report consist of three attachments.
The first' attachment, Form NIS-1, Owner's Report for Inservice inspections, and the-second attachment, Forms NIS-2, Owner's Report of Repair and Replacement and the
' associated summaries, are provided pursuant to IWA-6220 of the 1983 Edition of
~ ASME Section XI, Summer 1983 Addenda. The' third attachment provioes the Evaluation Analysis of Examination Results pursuant to IWB-3125(b) of the 1983 Edition of ASME Section XI,' Summer 1983 Addenda.
