we identified a temporary antenna in a separate fire area as one of the compensatory measures associated with our voice communication upgrade efforts.
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that as of August 2, 1984 this temporary antenna has been installed and all compensatory measures pertaining to the voice communication upgrade effort are in place.
