Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in Reference (A), an Interim Report was transmitted by Reference (B), and a Time Extension was requested by Reference (C). At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by August 31, 1984.
A Final Report has been submitted to APS for review.
It is expected a Final Report will be transmitted to the NRC by September 27, 1984.
There is no new information or change to the Interim Report at this time.
