4 Gentlemen:
Entergy Operations, Inc. (EOI) submitted audit program changes to the Grand Gulf Operational Quality Assurance Manual (OQAM) and Technical Requirements Manual (TRM) by letter dated November 6,1995 (GNRO-95/00119).
The changes to the OQAM and TRM involved replacement of required audit frequencies and topics with a performance-based audit scheduling program.
We later submitted our routine update to the OQAM, Revision 14, in accordance with 10CFR50.54 (a) (3) by letter dated December 18, 1995(GNRO-95/00134).
Revision l
14 to the OQAM incorporated both administrative changes and the audit program changes sent to the NRC in letter GRNO-95/00119.
Our transmittal letter only discussed the administrative changes since the audit changes were previously submitted.
We received your letter dated January 18, 1996 approving Revision 14 to OQAM (GNRO-95/00134 dated December 18, 1995).
As discussed with Mr. Pat Gwynn of Region IV

only for administrative changes and does not apply to the audit program changes.
