The procedures included with this transmittal cre indicated on be enclosed list. Also included for your information is a complete listing of the PVNGS EPIPs (Procedures index).

internal telephone numbers). In accordance with Generic Letter No. 81-27, the specific information has been bracketed on the EPIPs. Arizona Public Service Company (APS) requests that this information be considered confidential and withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a) and 10 CFR 9.17(a).
i By copy cf this letter, APS is forward:ng two copies of the enclosure to the NRC Region IV Office.
Copies of the revised EPIPs are provided to the NRC Resident inspector's Office as an update to the assigned controlled procedures.
