The very Corporate Management who supervises the operation of the Wills t one Nuclear Facilit ies and all or its support facilities will ultimately supervise the operation of Seabrook Nuclear Facilities.

This transfer cannot take place.

It will Jeopardize the sa ret y and well-being of t he citizona and employees in the area of the plant by t he same suppression of 'oncerns which has t aken place l

Additionally, we would hope that you wculd consider suspending the licenses of all the Northeast Utilities Nuclear facilities at least until a complete investigation is accomplished and proper l
