The purpose of this letter is to provide information for the Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) concerning the replacement of the Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) bypass system.

to the VCGS Facility Operating License No.
NPF-42 approsed technical specification changes to allow the replacement of the existing RTD bypass system with an RTD thermowell system.
Reference 1 submitted the original amendment application.
Reference 2 provided revised technical specification pages and committed to provide a comparison of post-modification data ageinst the most recent pre-modification data to assess the effects on T at WCGS. The Attachment provides Reactor Coolant System temperature Oeadings acquired at the beginning of Cycle 5 and Cycle 6.
