GPUN letter C321-92-2153 The letter referenced above forwarded a report to the NRC containing the findings of our investigation into the alleged falsification of certain nuclear power plant operator log and tour reports.
The report was edited to protect the names of-the individuals involved; aloha designations were substituted for names.
Enclosed with this letter is a key to the alpha-numeric designations.
The referenced report reveals details about the personali: es, attitudes, activities and job performance of GPU personnel.
Public release of the identity of the individuals is likely to seoject some individuals'to embarrassment, harassment, disgrace, or loss of friends.
The resulting invasion of personal privacy would not serve any public purpose.
We are requesting, pursuant to 10 LFR 2.790(a)(6), that the enclosed key be withheld from public disclcsure.
