Dear Sir:
The NRC was votified of a potentially reportable deff elency in Reference (A), and an Interim Report was transmitted by Reference (B) and a Time Extension was requested by Reference (C). At that time, it was estimated that a Final T ' port would be availsble by August 24, 1984.
Due to the extensive investigation and evaluation required, it is now expected that this information will be finalized by September 20, 1984, at which time a complete report will be submitted.
There is no new information or change to the Interim Report at this time.
