Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No.1 and No. 2 BV-1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Steam Generator Tube Inservice Inspection Report This letter forwards the results of the steam generator tube inservice inspections as required by Technical Specification (TS) 4.4.5.5.b for each Beaver Valley unit. These inspections were completed during the Unit No. I tenth refueling outage and the Unit No. 2 fifth refueling outage. A summary of each inspection is contained in Enclosure 1 and 2, respectively.
The enclosed Unit I and Unit 2 reports are supported by O
Attachments 1 through 6A and include the following information required by TS 4.4.5.5.b:
1.
number and extent of tubes and sleeves inspected, 2.
location and percent of wall-thickness penetration for each indication of an imperfection, and 3.
identification of tubes plugged or repaired.
Since there have not been any tubes repaired by sleeving at either unit to date, sleeve inspections or tube repairs by sleeving are not addressed in the attachments.
