Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in Reference (A), and an Interim Report was transmitted by Refereace (B).
At that time, it was eatinated that a Final Report would be available by August 20,'1984.
A Final Report has been submitted to APS for review. It is expected that a Final Report will be transmitted to the NRC by September 13, 1984.
There is no new information or change to the Interim Report at this time.
