Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No. 231' Annual Exposure Data Report Date Revision GPU Nuclear Corporation submitted the subject amendment to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on December 5, 1995.

This proposed Technical Specification change Request reflects the requirements of 10 CFR 20.2206 which requires the licensee to submit the Annual Exposure Data Report covering the previous year, on or before April 30 of each year.

The New Jersey Departmont of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering reviewed the above amendment in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.91(b) and has no comments.
