The Neclear Regulatory Commission (the 'omnissior er the NRC) has found that:
A.
The application for amendment filed by the Vermont YarJee Nuclear Power Corporrtion (the licensee) dated December 23, 1991, ccmplies with the standerds and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as cmerded (the Act), and the Cornission's rules and regulations set furth in 10 CFR Chapter I; B.
The facility will operate in conformity with the application, the piovisions of the Act, and the rules and regulations of the Commission; C.
There is reasonable assurance: (i) th?t the activities authorized by this amendnent can be cor, ducted without endangering the hcelth and safety of the public, cod (ii) that such activities will be conducted in compliance with the Commission's reg >1ations set forth in 10 CFr.
Chapter I; D.
The issuance of this amendment will nc.t be inimical to the concon defense and security, or to the health and safety of the pcblic; and E.
The issuance of this amendnent is in accordance with 10 CFP Part 51 of the Comission's reculations' and all applicable requirerents have been satisfied.

Accordingly, the liter.se is amended by changes to the Technical Specifica-tions as indicated in the av.tachment to this license amendment, and paragraph 3.B of Facility Operating License No. DPR-28 is hereby arrended to read as follows:
Technical Specifications The Technical Specificaticrs contained in Appendix A, as reviseo through Amendment ho.133, are hereoy incorporated in the license.
The licensee shall operate the facility 'r accordance with the Technical-Specif' cations.

This license amendment 'is effective as of its date of issuance.
