in the Reference (a) memo, the Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety (IDNS) requested authorization from Commonwealth Edison (CECO) to obtain from Sandla

National Laboratory (SNL) the input data files for LaSalle's PRA study. This study is being performed for the NRC by SNL.
As a result of the Reference (b) conversations hold between CECO and the NRC, Commonwealth Edison hereby authorizes release of the aforementioned information to IDNS for their use. As indicated in Reference (c), CECO does not fully endorse the use of this data, since this information does not reflect the current plant design and performance. In addition, we do not feel obligated to respond to any results obtained as a result of the release of this data.
