In accordance with Section V, " Implementing Procedures," of 10 CFR 50 Appendix E, PG&E is submitting one copy of the update to the Detailed Implementing Procedures for the Diablo Canyon Power Plant Units 1 and 2 Emergency Plan (Enclosure 2). Two copies of the update are being submitted to the NRC, Region V office, and one copy is being submitted to the NRC Resident inspector.
Additionally, PGLE hereby infonts yus of a rescinded Implementing Procedure, Emergency Procedure H-8, " Containment Emergency Personnel Hatch," Revision 0.
Please discard this rescinded procedure.
This update contains some privacy / proprietary information that is bracketed in accordance with NRC Generic letter 81-27 and is identified in Enclosure 1.
