Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Comission is Amendment No. 69 to the License Application of Philadelphia Electric Company in the above captioned matter. This Amendment makes changes to the Final Safety Analysis Report as a result of discussions with several Branches of the NRC Staff and to accurately reflect the Limerick design updates the Emergency Plan; updates the Environmental Qualification Report for Electrical Equipment to reflect the current status of the program; and revises the Limerick Physical Security Plan in response to the NRC Staff's coments of April 30 and August 6,1984.
The filing consists of three originals and nineteen copies of Amendment No. 69 to the License Application, fifty copies of Revision 35 to the Final Safety Analysis Report, 50 copies of Revision 10 to the Emergency Plan, twenty copies of Revision 2 to the Environmental Qualification Report and 5 copies of the Revised Physical Security Plan.
As indicated in Amendment 69, the revised Security Plan contains Safeguards Information and proprietary and confidential information.
Accordingly, it is being requesi:ed that the revised Security Plan be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with Sections 2.790 and 73.21 of the Comission's regulations.
