Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No.127 In accordance with 10CFR50.59,10CFR50.90 and 10CFR50.91, GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16, requests changes to Appendix A of that license.
The subject Technical Specification Change Request will revise section 5.3.1.E. to remove the weight limitation of the spent fuel shipping cask.
This Technical Specification Change Request has been reviewed and approved in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications.
Pursuant to 10CFR50.91(b)(1), a copy of this Technical Specification Change Request has been sent to the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. In addition, we have enclosed a check for $150.00 pursuant to 10CFR170.12.
