r OPERATIONS NARRATIVE COOPER NUCLEAR STATION December 1995 Cooper Nuclear Station completed the 1995 Refueling on 12/30/95.

The reactor was returned to service on 12/27/95 and the generator on 12/30/95. The generator was removed from service on 12/30/95 to perform a balance weight move and returned to service later that day.

Power escension continued on 12/30/95 and on 12/31/95. A capacity factor of 1.6% was attained for the month of December.
