On April 11, at 0556 hours0.00644 days <br />0.154 hours <br />9.193122e-4 weeks <br />2.11558e-4 months <br />, the unit was taken off line, and at 0819 hours0.00948 days <br />0.228 hours <br />0.00135 weeks <br />3.116295e-4 months <br /> thn reactor was subcritical in preparation for a refueling outage.
On April 28, an inadvertent do-onorgization of a 4160 volt safeguards bus caused an ESF actuation, reportable per 10 CFR 50.72.
I Safety-related maintenance included the following:
station nattery charger ground detection circuits upgraded, charged 125 volt dc station battery cell, tightened wire and verified proper relay operation of reactor protection Train A relay logic, performed static alignment of steam generator flow transmitter, replaced the over-power amplifier on a nuclear instrumentation power range channel card, replaced capsule and seals on steam generator pressure transmitter, repaired loose wiro on the reactor protection power range low setpoint, installed new QA cap on spray additivo..ank level drain, and replaced a slido valve on the purge valve.
