This is in partial response to your letter dated April 12, 1984, ir which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, that a copy of the enclosure of a March 3, 1984, letter from Mr. P. L. Willman of the State of Illinois to Mr. R. J. Goddard of the NRC relating to the functional description of the safety parameter display system at the Clinton Power Station, and SECY-84-24, be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room (NRC PDR),1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC.
In partial response to your request, we are placing a copy of SECY-84-24
" Fire Protection Rule for Future Plants," dated January 23, 1984, in the NRC PDR where it will be available for public inspection and copying.
