150-327/83-13 AND 50-328/83-13 The following information concerns OIE inspection report Nos. 50-327/83-13 a
and 50-328/83-13 and the TVA response submitted to -you from D. S. Kammer on October 14, 198 3 TVA's msponse to deficiency 327,328/83-13-08 committed TVA to mvise the Sequoyah emergency monitoring implementing procedures and the Muscle Shoals Emergency Center emergency monitoring implementing procedures by January 31, 1984. We provided revised completion dates on January 31 and April 2, 1984.
hhile revisions to the emergency monitoring implementing procedures have been prepared, we have been unable te implement them by May 1,1984 as our latest committren t has stated. This was due to a shift in menpower and resources in wder to mpair an umnticipated maintenance problem which was delaying plant startup. Our revised expected coupletion date is June 1, 1984.
