SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - NRC-0IE REGION II INSPECTION REPORT 50-327/83-13 AND 50-328/83-13 The following information concerns OIE Inspection Report Nos. 50-327/83-13 and 50-328/83-13 and TVA's msponse submitted to you from me on October 14, 1983 TVA's msponse to deficiency 327,328/83-13-08 committed TVA to revise the Sequoyah emergency monitoring implementing procedures and the Muscle Shoals Emergency Center (MSEC) emergency monitoring implementing procedures by January 31, 1984. We provided revised completion dates on January 31, April 2, and May 1,1984. The SNP emergency monitoring implementing procedures and the MSEC emergency procedures are now complete.
Deficiency 327,328/83 ~3-03 also committed TVA to the installation of a new communict. tion system by June 30, 1984. We have been unable to complete the intended commitment date due to a dela) in material delivery. The caterial delivery has been rescheduled for July 198h with a new completion date of September 1, 1984.
