Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Technical Specification Change Request No. 254 Revision The purpose of this letter is to submit a revision to Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No. 254 which was submitted by letter dated August 10,1995. Page 3 of that letter (C311-95-2277) and an attached proposed Technical Specification (TS) page 4-46, listed 100 VDC as a low voltage action level. The revised pages reflect raising the low voltage action level to 105 VDC as a result of our review following a conference call with the staff on December 13, 1995. Please mplace page 3 and proposed TS page 4-46 with the mvised replacement pages in the TSCR package.
Pursuant to 10CRF50.91(a)(1), the proposed change to the TMI-l Technical Specifications has been distributed as specified by 10CRF50.4. The significant hazards consideration determination enclosed with TSCR No. 254 has not been affected by the revised attached pages and is appropriate as originally submitted. A signed copy of the Certificate of Service to the chief executives of Iendonderry Township and Dauphin County and the designated representative of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is also enclosed.
