Docket No. 50-289 l Technical Specification Change Request No. 254 Revision The purpose of this letter is to submit a revision to Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No. 254 which was submitted by letter dated August 10,1995. Page 3 of that letter l (C311-95-2277) and an attached proposed Technical Specification (TS) page 4-46, listed 100 VDC as a low voltage action level. The revised pages reflect raising the low voltage action level to 105 VDC as a result of our review following a conference call with the staff on December 13, 1995. Please mplace page 3 and proposed TS page 4-46 with the mvised replacement pages in the TSCR package.
Pursuant to 10CRF50.91(a)(1), the proposed change to the TMI-l Technical Specifications has been distributed as specified by 10CRF50.4. The significant hazards consideration i determination enclosed with TSCR No. 254 has not been affected by the revised attached l pages and is appropriate as originally submitted. A signed copy of the Certificate of Service to the chief executives of Iendonderry Township and Dauphin County and the designated representative of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is also enclosed.
