Gentier.e.n Reference (1). TXX-91125, provided t'1e TV Electric final response and corrective actions to address Unit 2 Feedwater Isolation Valves (FWlVs) impact testing. Reference (2) provided the results of the additional testing and corrective actions taken.

TV Electric would like to provide the following revision to the response provided in TXX-91125.

TXX-91125 ResDonse (Second Daraaraoh of Unit 2 Corrective Action):

o_ -The eight original Unit 1 and Unit 2 bonnets share the same heat code and therefore had the same metallurgical processing history.

The results of the volumetric e u mination performed on the Unit 1 bonnets to provide additional confidence in the flaw size assumptions are applicable to the three remaining useable Unit 2 bonnets. No.further action is planned for these three bonnets.

Revised Resnnnsn o The existing bonnets for FWIVs 2FW-0071. 2FW-00T . and PFW-0089 will be replaced with new bonn7ts which meet ASME Sect u o 111.

NC-2300 requircments for impact testing, References (1) and (2, had previously indicated that the bonnet on ZFW 0083
