Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in Reference (A), and an Interia Report was transmitted by Reference (B).
At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by August 15, 1984.
A Final Report has been submitted to APS for review. It is expected that this Final Report will be transmitted to the NRC by September 15, 1984.
