Dear Sir:

The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in Reference (A) and (B), Interim Reports were transmitted by Reference (C), (D) and (E), and Time Extensions were requested by Reference (F) and (G). At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by August 15, 1984.

. As discussed in Reference (H) the Post Demonstration Test Inspection is in process. The results of the inspection must be evaluated prior to submittal of the Final Report. APS expects this report to be completed prior to August 31, 1984, however, a time extenstion is requested until September 15, 1984.
