Dear Sir:

The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in Reference (A), Interim Reports were transmitted by References (B), (E),

and (H), and Time Extensions were requested by References (C), (D), (F),

(G), and (I). At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by August 17, 1984.

A Final Report has been submitted to APS for review. It is expected this Final Report will be tiansmitted to the NRC by September 3, 1984.
