Dear Mr. O.'Reilly:
This letter is a supplemental response to IE Bulletin 84-0' which concerns failures z
of GE Type HFA relays in use in class lE Safety Systems. Per Action Item 3, it has'been determined that GE Type HFA relays, as described in the bulletin, are not used in any safety related systems at McGuire,'therefore no further action is required.
