Letter dated June 28, 1984, D.M. Crutchfield, US-NRC to P.B. Fiedler, GPUN, Safety Evaluation of the Implementation of NUREG-0313 Rev. 1 h e purpose of this submittal is to respond to your request stated in the above referenced letter. In that letter, the NRC stated that prior to startup from our current Cycle 10 refueling outage, the staff expects to review and approve repairs and replacements made to the isolation condenser system piping.
In response to this request we are submitting Technical Data Report (TDR) 580 which includes repair and failure analysis data. Additionally, the TDR will supply you with the corrective action we have implemented as a result of Licensee Event Report 84-005 dated May 1, 1984. GPUN will also be supplying you with this information in the form of a supplemental LER.
