h. By performing a flow balance tes', during shutdown, following com-

, pletion of modifications to the 1:CCS subsystems that alter the '

subsystem flow characteristics and verifying that:

l

1) For centrifugal charging pump lines, with a single pump running: '

a) The sum of the injection line flow rates, exc1 highest flow rate, is greater than or equal t 446 330 gpm, l and 4 l

b) l The total pump flow rate is less than or equal to 556 gpm l I

2) For Safety Injection pump lines, with a single pump running 1

a) The sum of the injection line flow rates, excludi e l highest flow rate, is greater than or equal t 459 450 gpm, l and b) The total pump flow rate is less than or equal t 666 670 gpm l

1. By performing a flow test, during shutdown, following completion of 1 modifications to the RHR subsystems that alter the subsystem flow l characteristics and verifying that the RHR pump lines, with a single j pump running: 1 J
1) The sum of the injection line flow rates is greater than, or equal to 3800 gpm, and
2) The total pump flow rate is less than or equal to 5500 gpm i
