DOCKET NOS. 50 445 AND 50 446 TRANSMITTAL OF THE CPSES PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN REVISION 24 Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10CFR50.4. enclosed are four (4) copies of the CPSES Physical Security Plan Revision 24 (copy numbers: 13, 14, 15 and 16).
Included with each plan is a " Summary of Changes" which lists the changes incorporated in Revision 24.
An evaluation conducted per 10CFR50.54(p), determined that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the security program.
The caclosure to this letter contains SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION as defined in 1CCFR73.21:
consequently, the enclosure should not be placed in the Public Document Room.
