Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) and Amendment 4 to the HCGS Environmental Report - Operating License Stage (EROL).
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.30 (c) (1) (i) and 10 CFR 51.40 (b) this filing consists of sixty (60) copies of PSAR Amend-ment 7 and forty-one (41) copies of EROL Amendment 4.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.101 (a)(4) and 10 CFR 50.30 (c)(1),
three (3) signed originals of the required affidavit are enclosed.
Amendment 7 to the HCGS FSAR contains:
(1) revised question responses, (2) Draft Safety Evaluation Report (DSER) open
