I am writing to confirm a telephone conversation on August 17, 1984, between Mr. Bournia, a project manager in your Division of Licensing, and myself.
During that conver-sation, Mr. Bournia informed me that in your absence he was acting branch chief.
Mr. Bournia informed me that based on the attached letter, he would grant the Department of the Public Advocate a two day extension on filing our comments on the draft environmental statement related to the operation of

the Hope Creek Generating Station, Unit 1.
I will see that you have our comments by the end of the day on August 22, 1984.
