[RDC 75(83)]
Dear Mr. Keppler:
In a letter to your office dated April 5, 1984, we transmitted our final report pursuant to 10CFR50.55(e) concerning a number of nonconforming condi-tions attributed to poor workmanship identified in the two High Pressure Core Spray (HPCS) Diesel Generator Local Panels. The purpose of this letter is to convey additional information relevant to a delay in closecut of the referenced nonconformance documentation as discussed with representatives from your office.
During the Project Organization document review and final field verification of corrective action which precedes our sign-of f of our Nonconformance Reports, several incomplete items were identified which were determined to require correction prior to closure of the Nonconformance Reports. It is now projected that these discrepancies will be resolved and both Nonconformance Reports will be closed by August 30, 1984.
Please call if there are any additional questions.
Sincerely, Mtu
