In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.54(p),
Carolina Power & Light Company hereby transmits the original and three copies of Revision 14 to the Industrial Security Plan for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
The enclosed contains no change which is known to decrease the effectiveness of the plan or level of security provided. This revision incorporates changes associated with the Access Authorization Program that implements the requirements of 10CFR73.56.
The enclosed information has been designated as Safeguards Infornation and should be protected in recordance with the provisions of 10CFR73.21.
