The List of Affected Pages is given below.

1.1-11,12 Revises the Bases of the Average Power Range Monitor (APRM) high flux scram to describe the protection the flow-biased APIGi setpoints provide against exceeding fuel safety limits during all abnormal operational transients including those that may result in thermal hydraulic instability.
