These changes are submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p) as a report of changes that do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan, and will be incorporated into the plan during a future amendment. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4)(iii), Arizona Public Service Company is herewith forwarding two copies of the report to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region V.
