20555 NRC DOCKER 50-366 OPERATING LICENSE NPF-5 EDWIN I. HATCH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 CORRECTED PAGES - PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS ON QtTfAIN4ENT ISOLATION VALVES Gentleen:

Our August 6, 1984, letter requested an mendment to the Plant Hatch Unit 2 Technical Specifications.

The proposed change would revise the stated actuation signals for certain contaiment isolation valves in order to be consistent with the original design of the unit. However, the revised pages sutaitted inadvertently mitted one of the two contaiment isolation signals to the subject valves.

Both signals are available to actuate the valves, as discussed in our August 10, 1984, letter which provided additional information regarding our request.

The attached pages contain the proposed mendment as intended in our original request.

The drywell pressure isolation signal remains unchanged, and the reactor water level isolation signal is changed frm RPV level 3 to RPV level 1.

Very truly yours,
