Model 272 Grille, Tension Wires It has recently come to our attention that some of the tension wires used for adjustment of the blades on Grille Model 272 will not remain in place when the blades are closed.

A review is being conducted for the total number of grilles supplied and will be forthcoming identifying the total scope.

Testing is being conducted to identify rework methods to be utilized.

Upon completion Titus will schedule personnel to complete rework.

Titus Products has notified the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of this situation in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Par t 21.

We will be contacting you with further information and making arrangements to rework the subject grilles.
