Nuclear Energy Liability insurance NUCLEAR ENERGY LIABILITY INSURANCE ASSOCIATION SPECIFICATION OF CERTIFICATE EFFECTIVE DATE AND PREMIUM ENDORSEMENT It is agreed that:
1 The United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued to the insureds name in Item 1 of the Declarations Operating License No.
NPF-24 effective July 18. 1984 for the reactor described in Item 3 of the Declarations of the certificate.

Item 6 of the Declarations of the Certificate is deleted and replaced by the following:
