Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
My letter of June 13, 1984 stated that all corrective action for this deficiency would be complete for Unit 2 by August 15, 1984. There are nine remaining valves that require testing to assure that they were properly modi'fied by Borg Warner. This entails stroking the valve with the EM0 several times.
Several of these valves cannot be tested because the EM0's have been temporarily removed for modification. Testing will be completed as there EM0 s are made available. All corrective action for Unit 2 will, therefore, be completed by October 1,1984.
